Overview
What ACTUATE does, and what it deliberately does not do.
The problem
Smart contracts cannot wake themselves up. Rebalances, fee sweeps, payouts, and parameter updates all need an external transaction, which today usually means a cron job on someone’s laptop.
ACTUATE replaces that with a keeper that evaluates declared triggers, simulates before it signs, and records every attempt — including the ones it skipped.
Execution modes
Simulate: the keeper runs eth_call against Robinhood Chain and records the result. Nothing is signed. Every new job starts here.
Live: the keeper signs and broadcasts. Live mode is only available once a keeper signer is configured and the job has passed simulation.
Current status
One protocol-operated keeper. Protocol contracts are written and tested but not yet deployed; addresses appear on the Network page once they are. There is no token and no reward pool funding yet — epochs track scores only.
